Mass Effect 1 & 2 Saves for the XBox 360!

***UPDATE 2019*** - Unfortunately, the site that did the coversion no longer exists. I would be happy to re-host this site if the creator ever reads this, or someone else codes up a solution. Let me know! Otherwise, unfortunately between that disappearing and the BSN vanishing off the internet, this solution no longer works. If there is another solution I am unaware of, please let me know and I will be happy to update this page!

vvv The information below is NOT ACCURATE and is only still here for archival purposes. vvv

YES, you can move saves from PC to 360, and also 360 to PC. It takes some work and some careful following of instructions, but it is possible. This means, 360 users, that both masseffectsaves.com and masseffect2saves.com are now useful for you as well, if you follow the steps in both of these links!

PS3 players, we're looking at a solution (that probably don't work, don't get your hopes up) still but as of right now, no, I don't know of a way to move saves.

This thread on the Bioware forums has information on how to import saves from both games into Xbox 360!!

This site will let you convert saves from PC to 360 OR 360 to PC! And Relevant Bioware thread here.

This post is also useful for a more detailed step by step on how to move PC saves to 360.

Please note you're going to need a copy of ME2 on 360 and a blank USB drive of at least 1 gig. You may also need gibbed's savegame editor (which you can get on our MOD LIST page)

As a disclaimer, I can't be held responsible to what Microsoft or Bioware may do if you modify your save and they don't like it. The threads above on the Bioware Social Network have been up awhile, and mods have commented on it, and thousands of people have done it, so it's probably okay, but don't blame me if someday Bioware/Microsoft/EA says it's not okay. :)
